The text, designs, graphics, code and logos on this website belong to Over & All Tech or are used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Client names, logos and case studies appear with our clients' permission and remain their property.

4. Quotes & proposals

Information on this website, including any prices, timelines or examples, is a general guide and not an offer. A free call, consultation or quote does not commit you or us to anything. A quote is binding only when it is set out in a written proposal or contract that both sides accept, and it is valid for the period stated in it.

5. Client projects

Work we do for clients, including payment terms, deliverables, ownership of code and designs, confidentiality and support, is governed by the proposal or contract for that project. If that contract conflicts with these terms, the contract wins. We're happy to sign an NDA before discussing your idea.

6. Third-party links and tools

The site links to and uses services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google, Tawk.to and review platforms. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

7. No warranties

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date. Case study results describe what happened for a specific client and are not a guarantee of results for you.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
