If you are moving into a new office or building your IT from scratch, you need setup. If your office already has laptops, a network and email in place, you need management and support. Many clients start with setup and then continue with support.

What does IT infrastructure consulting include?

Our free 30-minute consultation covers your users, office layout, current setup, problems and budget. For an existing office we add a free IT health check. You then get a written recommendation and a fixed quote.

How much do IT infrastructure services cost?

Both setup and support are quoted after a free consultation, because the price depends on users, devices, office size, servers and on-site needs. Prices exclude GST. Support has no minimum contract.

What is your response time for IT support?

You can raise a request at any time, 24/7, and we respond within 48 hours. Many problems are fixed remotely; an on-site L1 engineer visits when needed.

What is the SAC code for IT infrastructure services?

Under GST in India, IT infrastructure and network management services generally fall under SAC 998316, and hosting and IT infrastructure provisioning under SAC 998315. GST is generally charged at 18%. Your invoice from us shows the applicable code; check with your accountant for your case.
