How much does IT infrastructure setup cost?

It depends on your number of users, office size, cabling, Wi-Fi coverage, servers and whether you need new hardware. We give you a fixed quote in writing after a free consultation and, where needed, a site visit. Prices exclude GST.

How long does a new office IT setup take?

It depends on the size of the office and hardware lead times. We plan backwards from your move-in date, so tell us the date as early as possible. Your plan includes a written timeline.

Do you supply the hardware?

Yes. We can recommend and source laptops, switches, access points, firewalls, servers, NAS and printers, or we can set up hardware you already have or buy yourself.

Can you work with our interior contractor?

Yes, and it helps to involve us early. We share network point, rack and access point positions with your interior or electrical contractor before the false ceiling and walls are closed.

Who owns the equipment and passwords?

You do. At handover you receive admin access, the network diagram, the asset and warranty list and all key passwords. Nothing is locked to us.

Do you do structured cabling and Wi-Fi?

Yes. Structured cabling, network racks, switches, Wi-Fi access points and coverage testing are part of a standard office setup.

Can you support the office after setup?

Yes. Our IT infrastructure management and support service covers remote support, an on-site L1 engineer and a 48-hour response, round the clock. No minimum contract.
